Fried Apples Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium apples
- 2 tsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Heritage Fare Sweet Potato Pie Seasoning
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1. Peel and cut the apples into slices or cubes and put in pot.
- 2. Add butter, Heritage Fare Sweet Potato Pie Seasoning, and brown sugar.
- 3. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender and the glaze begins to caramelize.
- 4. While cooking, stir the apples a few times to be sure it browns evenly.
- 5. Remove from pan and serve.
